Condition of returns

When it comes to the standard of customer care, Koloid has high criteria – your suggestions are always welcome, and we also handle any complaints.Before using the product, please inspect your product in detail. If the product is damaged as a result of inadequate manufacturing (e.g. bad box, bottle), we will accept your complaint. If the product is damaged in another way, due to the carelessness of the user, we cannot accept the complaint.In order to advertise a product, it is not necessary to save an account, because Koloid keeps records of its customers from the very beginning, in order to provide the highest standards of service.If you are not satisfied with the product, and it is not a defect or damage, please contact us for support via email. If, however, you want to return the product, you can exchange it for other products, of a lower or higher value, with an additional payment or a refund, depending on which option you choose. By returning the product, without exchanging it for another, you get your money back, in the same way as you made the payment (in cash or to the account from which you paid by payment or credit card. The product you exchange or return MUST NOT BE DAMAGED OR USED ( including washing) and IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING When exchanging, the customer bears the costs of shipping (shipping in both directions: both the returned product and the new one that is taken in exchange) or returning the product.Be sure that we will accept all justified complaints and, depending on your requirements, replace the product or return the invested money.Note: we accept complaints within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

Money refund

In the case of returning goods and refunding funds, to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, Koloid (Koloid d.o.o.) is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment method, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the card user’s account at the seller’s request.
